Background

I am passionate about helping organisations put back more into society and the environment, than they take out. I am Forum’s resident “Net Positive geek” and love using futures and systems thinking tools to help organisations to think beyond their immediate sphere of control, and take action to change the system they work in. I have over ten years' experience of advising business from all different sectors explore, set and deliver ambitious sustainability strategies, from Levi Strauss and Co in fashion, to Walgreens Boots Alliance in health and beauty and Kingfisher in retail.
I also co-lead Forum's largest team, the UK/Europe team, setting the team's strategy, business planning and helping to team to be happy, inspired and on track to deliver Forum's mission to create a Just and Regenerative future.

Dream Forum project?

I like working with businesses (from pretty much any sector), bringing them together with their suppliers, clients, consumers and competitors to identify how they can make our society more socially just, and regenerate the environment.

What floats your boat outside of work?

I love a good old West End show, and also have a real passion for classical music and play cello in my local orchestra. With two little kids, I don’t have time for much else!
